Imagine…
Here’s a little poem I thought I would share…
Nothing, in particular, comes to my mind. Just my thoughts as they float in from time to time. Some random words that have little meaning but if I put them together with a little feeling and some love from my own heart, I can bring them to life like a work of art. So I write this new poem or at least I will make a start.
Imagine if your life was all fluffy and light. Soft and bouncy full of love and bright. Imagine if your life was fun all the time, with no cares or worries from morning until night.
Imagine if you could get to choose what you do. To laugh with your friends the whole day through, share some good food and a glass of wine. To watch, a movie on a big screen eating popcorn or ice cream. To go walking in nature, perhaps hug a tree. To know what it feels like to be happy and free. To, walk around a lake or across the land. Up, a mountain high or along the sand. See the real beauty in everything you see. Feel everything with the touch of your hand. Listen to the sounds all around, as you enjoy every moment in the here and now.
And at night as you go to sleep safely in your bed, be grateful for all the things you have experienced as you’re sending out your prayers. Hopefully tomorrow you will have another day, to try different things like you did today. Life is a blessing for us all to enjoy.
As you fall off to sleep at night imagine a silvery moon, playing with the stars as they twinkle in the sky. Fairytales and fantasies, fairy’s flying high. Maybe even a white knight saving a princess from a fire breathing dragon, a castle or a keep. Shooting stars flying across the sky or a pot of gold at the rainbows end. You may even find a leprechaun and make a new friend.
Life is a magical story ready for you to explore. You get to choose the characters and the mysteries of it all.
